Today we welcomed Ben Lowndes from One Goal to host a wellbeing workshop for a group of Year 10 and 11 pupils.  The aim was to promote to the students how to be healthy, happy and inspired within their lives.

We explored a number of topics, including how to have positive healthy habits, common mental health issues and how to plan and prepare for challenges faced in life.  The session was enjoyed by everyone and pupils participated in all discussions exploring different thoughts and reasons for our overall wellbeing.
