Sergeant Gemma Kimble from the Royal Air Force came to Astley Community High School this morning to speak with Year 10 and Sixth Form students. Gemma is a Cyberspace Communications Specialist and she works as part of the team responsible for the technology at the heart of the RAF.
Students found out about all the RAF roles available to school leavers and what qualifications students need. Gemma shared tales of her many visits overseas and of the opportunities to continue with training throughout her career.
