Fundraiser Presentation to Scott House

Community group students presented a cheque to Hayley Lynn from Scott House today during a Christmas assembly.

ACHS held a non-uniform day for all students and staff in November in aid of Scott House Residential Unit for families of sick children at the Freeman Hospital. The non-uniform day was organised by the Y9 community group as part of their activities to help others.

Scott House is a place for families to stay while their child/children are on nearby wards of the Freeman Hospital. It has amazing facilities which are used by parents/carers so they can be near their child at all times

The community group bought games, crockery, cutlery and sweets for Scott House.
