Last half term pupils from Whytrig Middle School welcomed representatives from The Dogs Trust into their classrooms to learn about dogs, their behaviours and how to stay safe around them.  They took part in a number activities and discussed different scenarios and how they would react to them.

There were activities across all classrooms during the two day visit and then a final whole school assembly.  During the assembly some of the pupils were invited to demonstrate how to react to a dog they did not know by crossing their arms and staying still.

It was fun, interactive and informative for all invovled.
