Astley Community High School hosted Prudhoe High School in the U19 Chronicle Cup.
The windy conditions caused lots of problems for both teams and it was Astley who took the lead against the run of play with a goal from Aiden W.
Prudhoe scored just after half time and the conditions didn't settle down.
Astley had a couple of chances before going 2-1 up with a goal from Billy C. Prudhoe were chasing the game and Astley then scored the third, again from Billy C. Well done to all involved it was a good performance in terrible conditions.
Astley are now through to the next round.
